Our Real Estate Risk Management Plans can work with any Errors & Omissions Insurance, a Self-Insured Plan, or an Asset Protection Plan.

Virgil and Lynette Flores founded Real Estate Risk Management on April 15th, 1987. Originally, as a sole proprietorship, we provided legal services through a network of attorneys for the Real Estate industry. These services have been made available as a “Group Legal Service Plan”, as defined by the State of California’s Bar Association.

On July 1, 1994, Real Estate Risk Management was incorporated. As a privately held corporation, we have built a multi-million dollar, debt free company. Real Estate Risk Management, Inc. reserves a portion of every member’s payment to pay all covered claims and expenses.

By the year 2000, by utilizing a state of the art, proactive dispute resolution service, we resolved over 96% of all disputes and threats of suit against our members with no lawsuits being filed.

On October 31, 2000, Real Estate Risk Management Inc. created the insurance agency Real Estate Risk Management Insurance Services, Inc. We provide quality insurance products to the California, Nevada, & Arizona Real Estate professional.
